Welcome! I'm Chong Guan, as you can pretty much tell from my site address. This is my first ever blog/post! It has been quite a while since most of my friends started their own blogs and i have always wanted to have one. I'll always say i don't have the time but i think i'm just plain lazy. Anyway, ES2007S has given me the opportunity (actually, there wasn't much of a choice) to set up this blog! So here it is, my own blog! It's a new way to get graded on a module and it really seems like fun. I was quite psyched up for this module after the first session with our tutor, Miss Grace Kim, as all of my classmates were actively participating in the discussions. This is great for a module like this, as it requires a whole lot of interaction otherwise it would be very boring. But i can't figure out why they pay quite a bit of attention to gender issues! Very interesting! Oh! Perhaps i should introduce myself more. I'm a Year 4 Mechanical Engineering student, the Science students are asking me and my fellow engineering friend what are we doing in this course. Apparently, it's mostly for Science students. Oops! Anyway, I don't feel like a 24 year old but i am. Going on 25 in a few months time. Sigh. I come from a family of 5, me being the middle child and i stay in the north east part of Singapore. This post feels more and more informal. Maybe i should stop here. So that's it! My first post for my first blog! See ya!
